How it Works
Find out if your suit is fixable before you ship anything.
1. Submit Your Photos
Complete the Rescue Request form with your suit details, damage locations, and clear photos.
For a limited introductory period, there is no charge to submit your suit for an initial photo review.
2. Get an Honest Answer
Every submission is reviewed by a real person. We’ll let you know by email whether the damage appears repairable before you spend money mailing the suit.
3. Pay and Mail Your Suit
If your suit appears repairable, you’ll receive instructions for payment and mailing.
Please wash and completely dry your suit before mailing it.
* Clean Suit Requirement *
All suits must arrive freshly washed, completely dry, and free of odors, bodily fluids, detergent buildup, and debris.
Suits that arrive dirty, damp, or otherwise unsanitary will not be inspected or repaired.
A $25 handling fee and the return shipping charge will be deducted from the amount paid.
The remaining repair payment will be refunded, and the suit will be returned without service.
For health and safety reasons, exceptions cannot be made.
4. We Confirm and Repair
Once your suit arrives, we inspect it in person to confirm that its condition matches the photos.
If we discover additional damage or anything that changes the repair plan, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
Approved repairs are reinforced using specialized bonding techniques designed for competitive swimwear.
* Competition Use *
Tech Suit Rescue evaluates and repairs damaged suits, but we cannot determine or guarantee whether a repaired suit will be permitted in sanctioned competition. Eligibility may depend on the rules governing the meet.
Before wearing a repaired suit in competition, it is the responsibility of the swimmer, parent, or coach to present the suit to the meet referee and obtain approval. Final approval is solely at the discretion of the meet referee and governing organization.
5. Your Suit Comes Home
After the repair has fully cured, your suit is shipped back to you. Most repairs are completed and returned within 7–10 business days after arrival. During peak championship seasons, please allow 14–20 business days.
You only mail your suit after the photos suggest it can be repaired.
